CATERING AND LARGE ORDERS
Certain catering orders, large-party orders, private dining reservations, or special event purchases may be subject to separate payment, cancellation, deposit, refund, or timing policies disclosed at the time of purchase.
PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

EMAIL, SMS & eCLUB TERMS
By voluntarily enrolling in the Party Fowl eClub or other marketing programs, you consent to receive marketing communications from Party Fowl, including promotional offers, event announcements, menu updates, and other communications.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
If enrolled in SMS messaging, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Participation in the eClub is voluntary.
Party Fowl reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the eClub or any participant's membership for fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
GIFT CARD TERMS
Gift cards purchased through Party Fowl or authorized providers may be redeemed only at participating Party Fowl locations.
Gift cards:
- Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- Are not replaceable if lost or stolen unless required by applicable law.
- May be subject to additional promotional restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.
Bonus cards, promotional cards, and limited-time offers may include separate expiration dates, redemption periods, exclusions, or usage limitations.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS
